• If you sign the rental agreement, you adhere to it.
• The hire start and ends as agreed. The minimum rental period is 4 weeks.
• For an agreement with no end date, you will notice us in advance in email/fax/writing.
• You pay a deposit before we come. Unless you are a major corporation or an existing client.
• We place and give instructions for 30 minutes free of charge.
• You receive a bill monthly and pay this within 14 days.
• The first bill includes transport costs and, if applicable, post-calculated installation/removal costs.
• We repair of replace free of charge when we are to blame.
• As you received it, you will return it. No stickers, modification, damage, etc.
• You are responsible for the hired airco's: insurance, costs, etc.
• We will not be held responsible for possible damage at your site.
• We try, hard. Acts of God you should understand; fire, general strikes, etc.
• You will take care that we can collect the airco's without hassle or delays.
